Example
Grounding and balance of your energies: Strike the C chime, (the longest of the 3 bars). Feel the earth through your feet (or root chakra if you prefer). If feeling unsettled, imagine roots growing from your body deep into the stable earth. Imagine these roots finding and anchoring to a massive crystal, a pink rose quarts. Bring your attention to your breathing, initially you might need to force rhythmic breaths, but slow your breathing, taking slightly deeper breaths than usual.
Strike the F chime (middle), feeling your pulse slowing, bringing your attention to the area of your heart, following the vibrations till no longer audible.
Bring your attention to your crown and strike the B chime (shortest) and feel yourself being centred, following the tone till no longer audible.
Strike the chimes consecutively, feel your vibrations lifting above the dense energy that caused the imbalance and enjoy the rest of your day!
